TIME POLICY
Please be on time.
Please note that a 5-minute grace period applies before incurring a $50 late fee, and a 10-minute grace period session cancellations.
You must be in IN STUDIO ready to shoot at the time of your session.
Your session begins at your scheduled time. If you require additional time, PLEASE ensure you book accordingly. No extra guest are allowed in studio with the exception of minor clientele (one parent/guardian). Setup assistance is welcomed.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A 50% non-refundable retainer's fee is due upfront at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. A $15 fee will be applied for any alternative payment methods.
Remaining balance for ALL EVENTS are due 24 hours prior to your event. Please ensure that the card on file is the preferred method for the final payment. If the card cannot be changed, a reminder text will be sent, and if the balance remains unpaid six hours before the event, services will be canceled due to non-payment.

Raw Album: 1-2 Business Days
Finished Edits: 5-7 Business Days
Special Digitak Edits: 5-8 Business Days
Expedited Raw Album & Finished Edits: 24-48 Hours
Expedited services can be added at the time of booking or can be paid at your session. Please Book Accordingly
