Let's Chat
We’ll set up a brief call to go over details and make sure we’re on the same page. It’s a great way to ensure everyone is comfortable and we’re ready to get started!
03.
Photo session
It’s the big day! We’ll meet up, get comfortable with each other, and dive into the session. I’ll be setting up everything so we can start capturing beautiful moments right away.
04.
photo delivery
In about two weeks, I’ll send you the edited photos, ready for you to relive the memories.
Do you shoot at a studio or in the local area?
I shoot in the appropriate studio for the type of session that you would like, or on local. If you have a specific location, please make sure that you mention it in your questionnaire. For all out of city limits locations, additional mileage fees will apply.
I want to hire you! What do I do?
Fill out the inquiry form on the Contact page! This will not book me or officially have you on my calendar but this gets us way closer. To officially be on my calendar, a 50% retainer fee and signed contract is required to officially book a session.
What if we go overtime on the day of our shoot?
That happens! Sometimes we're on such a roll and sometimes a grace period is needed and causes a late start. In that case of running late, kindly contact me, there's a 15-minute grace period. Anything beyond that, I'll be sure to let you know if any fees are to reflect the delay.
What kind of gear do you use?
We use all professional level, digital, Canon equipment. Full sensor cameras, with a combination of High level Canon and 3rd party lenses. We carry back up backup gear in the rare event that anything should occur to one of our cameras or lenses.
What do we do when your prices are above our budget, but we love your work?
Don't hesitate to reach out! Photographs are important, you want the best. We can discuss and figure out how we can condense your needs into a package that won't include all the usual offers but will meet your needs while maintaining your budget.
What if I need to reschedule?
As long as it's 3 days or more before our scheduled shoot, you can let me know at james.a.lewis91@gmail.com. Anything less than 2 days may require an adjustment fee and re-booking or leasing of any necessary permits, talents & transportation.
How long do you have our photos & videos backed up for?
The online gallery link will be available up until 3 months after your session. Between that time, it's best you find a place to archive your photos as well.
Can I bring someone with me to the shoot?
Yes. Please limit guests who are not taking photos to no more than two. Please, no children who are not taking photos.
Do I get all the photos from the shoot?
For portrait sessions, only the photos mentioned in your package will be delivered via online gallery. RAW images are not delivered unless paid for separately.
Events are structured differently. Expect to receive 100-/+ images per hour of coverage for events.
How long will it take to get my photos?
Generally you will receive your images in 10-14 days due to my current workload. Rush delivery is also available for aa additional charge.
